About 50 MP corona of Iran identified

 

About 50 members of Iran's 290-seat parliament have been attacked by Kovid. This information was given by a senior MP on Saturday, local time. The spread of the highly contagious type of coronavirus, Amicron, was reported across the country. The US media CNN reported this information.

 MP Alireza Salimi said this week's session of parliament would begin with compliance with hygiene rules.

The session of Iran's parliament was adjourned for two weeks in April 2021 after one MP after another was attacked by Corona. Iran in the Middle East was one of the countries most affected by the Corona epidemic. At that time, several Iranian MPs died after being infected with the virus.

After the immunization program, the corona detection rate in Iran has been declining for some time. Now the identification is growing again. In recent days, an average of more than 30,000 new infections have been detected in the country every day. However, the country's health ministry said on Saturday that 23,130 people had been identified as corona in the last 24 hours.

The population of Iran is about eight and a half crore. The corona of 65 lakh people has already been identified. Of these, more than 1 lakh 32 thousand 500 people have died.

More than 50 million people in the country have been vaccinated with two doses of Kovid. The number of people taking the third dose (booster dose) of the vaccine is more than 19 million.

ছিনতাইকারীকে ধরতে ট্রেন থেকে চবি ছাত্রীর লাফ চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গামী চলন্ত শাটল ট্রেনে এক ছাত্রীর মুঠোফোন ছিনতাইয়ের ঘটনা ঘটেছে। নন্দিতা দাশ নামের ওই ছাত্রী ছিনতাইকারীকে ধরতে ট্রেন থেকে লাফ দেন। কিন্তু তাঁকে ধরতে পারেননি। এ সময় ট্রেনটি ধীরগতিতে চলছিল বলে জানিয়েছেন নন্দিতা। আজ রোববার সকাল আটটার দিকে নগরের বটতলী এলাকায় ওই ছিনতাইয়ের ঘটনা ঘটে। নন্দিতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষা ও গবেষণা ইনস্টিটিউটে প্রথম বর্ষে পড়েন। তাঁর আজ প্রথম বর্ষের চূড়ান্ত পরীক্ষা ছিল। পরীক্ষা শেষে ঘটনার বর্ণনা দিয়ে তিনি প্রথম আলোকে জানান, বটতলী থেকে ট্রেন ছাড়ার পাঁচ মিনিট পর ২০–২২ বছর বয়সী এক যুবক তাঁর হাত থেকে মুঠোফোন কেড়ে নিয়ে যান। এরপর ওই যুবককে ধরার জন্য তিনিও ট্রেন থেকে লাফ দেন। তখন ট্রেনের গতি অবশ্য বেশি ছিল না। কিন্তু তিনি ছিনতাইকারীকে ধরতে পারেননি। নন্দিতা দাশ আরও বলেন, তাঁর আজ পরীক্ষা ছিল। নেমে যাওয়ার সময় তাঁর ব্যাগ ট্রেনেই ছিল। পরে একজন পথচারীর কাছ থেকে ১০০ টাকা নিয়ে তিনি বাসে ক্যাম্পাসে যান। নন্দিতা দাশের ট্রেন থেকে লাফ দেওয়ার বিষয়টি দেখেছিলেন ষোলশহর রেলওয়ে পুলিশের কনস্টেবল (এটিএসআই) রফিকুল ইসলাম। তিনি অন্য...

First industrial park for shoes shaping up

  A top footwear manufacturer is setting up a shoe industrial park, the first of its kind in Bangladesh, to supply import substitute raw materials and accessories to producers, boost exports and attract foreign investment.
